RevenueTrax is designed from the ground up to expertly deal with small business and independent contractor business processes. You can create quotes and email them directly to your client. Your client receives a professionally designed quote with login ability to your own RevenueTrax account where they can review and "accept" the quote. The quote then converts to an invoice automatically and you get notified of new business.
 
 
 Manage: Invoices
One-time invoices or recurring invoices ... managed efficiently and accurately. Recurring invoices can be set up to send automatically on almost any frequency basis you want. Even odd cycles (like every two months, semi-annually, 11 months a year - skip a month, etc.). The recurring invoices can even be set up to process payments automatically – great for clients that are on a recurring payment system. Invoices are sent as industry-standard PDF attachments with login credentials to the client so they can review their invoices, generate statements of their account, and pay invoices online (in full or partial). Balances are kept accurate for your review at any time, and overdue invoices can be automatically notified on any frequency cycle you wish. RevenueTrax also features the ability to zero-out the invoice line item for warranty work performed, and handles any discount level for each line item entered.
 
 
 Manage: Payments
RevenueTrax is the ideal system for handling payments from your clients. Clients can login to their account, view invoices, view quotes, generate statements, and pay their invoices in full or make partial payments. They can even deposit funds for future invoices. Payments are handled through a "direct connect" to your own merchant account so it's safe, secure, and fully PCI compliant.
 
 
 Manage: Taxes
Taxes on invoices and recurring invoices is so simple and so effective that it can deal with any tax situations. Up to two levels of taxes on each individual line item, each level of tax can be "enabled" or "disabled". You can have company wide preferences for taxes to deal with most standard type situations, and you can over-ride the company wide preferences with a company-based preference simple setup. Emails sent to clients for quotes, invoices, and statements include an attachment with a professionally designed industry-standard PDF that can include your own logo. Clients are assigned login rights to view their account with their own username and password and interact directly with you for quotes, invoices, and payments – plus they can generate their own account statements for any period. All downloadable reports are compatible with Microsoft Excel in a standard CSV format.

Can RevenueTrax manage recurring invoices?
Absolutely! That is one of the most powerful features of RevenueTrax, along with managing recurring payments too!

We use a competing product. Why should we switch?
Most competing products or services offer a range of pricing options from free all the way up to $149. a month. The "free" services have extreme limitations and include advertising for the service in emails sent to YOUR client. RevenueTrax charges $14.95 a month, and has absolutely no limitations and no advertising in emails sent to your clients. In effect, the RevenueTrax.com service looks like it is your own. We have no branding of our own to conflict with your marketing or branding efforts.

The current service we use does not allow posting revenue from cash sales or counter credit card receipts. Does yours?
Absolutely! We recognize that businesses want to track invoicing and payments as well as cash receipts taken at the counter (including credit card payments processed). No limits, and can be daily or for any period you want - although we would recommend some sort of regular schedule posts.

Can I use my own credit card merchant service?
Yes, with some limitations. The RevenueTrax.com website does not collect any credit card information from anyone. Our payment gateways are limited to "direct connect" only, where we pass the invoice number and total amount to the credit card merchant service and let them collect the client's billing address and credit card information. The credit card merchant service will pass back the outcome of the credit card payment process (failed or authorized) and return the client back to the appropriate page. Based on the information returned by the credit card merchant service, we will post to the database the results of the transaction.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel at any time. Take advantage of our sign-up 30-day money back and you have absolutely no risk in trying RevenueTrax.

Fill in the Sign Up form above. That will start a three step process and your RevenueTrax.com account will be created immediately on completing Step 3 (the recurring monthly payment page). That's also a good way to test our payment processing capabilities through our own credit card merchant service with Internet Secure.
